Chef Institute and receiving her certification, Laura
joined the team at the Four-Diamond Awarded Jackson House
Restaurant located in Woodstock, Vermont. There she worked
with Chef Elliot Bowles who was named one of the Top
Ten Best New Chefs in America” by Food & Wine
Magazine.
